4:00 pm, Townhouse in large meeting room
Discussed the results of the Democratic Nominating Convention held on Saturday, July 25, 2026. We were joined by state Representative Nina Milliken and Kel House, a Troy Jackson supporter, who was the Brooksville resident elected as a convention delegate.
We strategized about how to best support Troy Jackson, our presumptive nominee for the U.S. Senate, and the other Democratic candidates looking towards a blue wave in November.
Next meeting: Sunday, August 16
Brooksville Dems celebrated July 4 at the Harborside rally. We had the great pleasure of hearing Richard Klain speak at the semiquincentennial. His speech was entitled: What Lincoln might be saying today in 2026.
